The George Shinn Foundation made a gift of $1 million to the Tennessee Baptist Children’s Home.
George and I thank the Lord for our gifts. In return, we wanted to gift the Tennessee Baptist Children’s Homes. The children placed in foster care deserve to learn about and follow the Lord while being given every opportunity to have a wonderful childhood with loving, Christian families. We are honored with the decision to have this program renamed The Denise and George Shinn Foster Care Program. God is so GOOD! – Denise Shinn
On January 15, 2015, Denise and George Shinn met with leaders from the Tennessee Baptist Children’s Home and presented a check for $1 million to further this tremendous outreach to needy children in Tennessee.
